As a customer of an Oxford-owned and managed property, MAXX Support is your dedicated customer service platform for all service-related needs whether at your desk, within your tenant space, or anywhere in your building. NOTE: If your building is closed when you place the request, it will be queued and dispatched the next business day.

Not sure when to place a request?

Whether it’s adjusting the temperature in your office, replacing a burned-out light bulb, or requesting recycling pickup, we’re happy to assist. Other common service requests include washroom maintenance or spill cleanups.

NOTE: If you are in an Industrial building or Urban Retail space, tenants are typically responsible for service. Your Oxford Management team can clarify which service requests we handle for you.

What do I do in the event of an emergency?
